This Cru covers 840 hectares and has a yearly yield of 45 000 hectolitres.
Protected by its Madonna whose name it bears (symbolizing the spring), it is the third of ten Crus.






The Fleurie mostly comes from the Grille Midi. This famous terroir with its typical wines faces South-east on slopes of granitic sand.
The hand picked harvest allows to vinify the whole grapes which guarantees the typical taste.
The maturing time in wooden tuns takes 6 to 9 months. According to the tradition that the Crus The Beaujolais Crus traditionally need till Easter to mature. The first bottles being filled in Spring.

In order to enjoy our Fleuries , we advise you to take time to let them ''aerate'' : open the bottle some hours before tasting.
You will discover floral and fruity aromas and perceive hints of blackcurrant and other small red berries on the palate.
Vinified for a laying down time of about 4 to 5 years, Fleuries is to be served at 13°C and goes very well with a leg of lamb, chitterlings sausage and meat in gravy.
